Job Description The Specialist is the first point of contact navigating patients to Davis Street Primary Care Clinic.
This role is an integral part of the revenue cycle and patient centered care delivery by capturing accurate, complete and up

The Specialist facilitates and assists patient flow activities to reduce patient time and increase patient satisfaction and positive experience putting ‘patient first\\\'.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives telephone inquiries and return calls and voice messages promptly within an hourMeet new patient or patient representative explaining clinic regulations as to hours of operations, schedule of charges, financial responsibility and rights to Protected Health Information [PHI]Greet and register patient and/or responsible party efficiently with no delayObtain and review patient profile collected from New Patient Registration FormInput UDS required patient information and insurance information onto eCWObtain proof of medical insurance and identification and scan tonto eCW patient hubCheck eligibility and determine financial responsibility prior to careAdvise patient and collect co
