NYC based international firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Assistant to assist in all legal recruiting functions while providing support to the Firm?s Associate Director, Legal Recruiting and other members of the recruitment staff.
Assist in preparation, coordination and scheduling of on
*campus and in
*house interviews for lateral associates, judicial law clerks, 3Ls and summer candidates.
Candidate will assist with fall recruiting, including organization and updates of recruiting materials for on
*campus interviews and in
*office interviews, career fairs and presentations; travel arrangements for out
*town candidates; recruitment database input; updates and follow
*up with attorneys.
Assist recruitment staff with the planning and execution of Summer Associate Program, facilitate summer events and calendars, provide administrative support to Departments during the summer program (monitor assignment/evaluation process; organize luncheons; social activities and departmental coordinator meetings) and provide administrative assistance, including expense reimbursements; law firm split expense billing statements and follow
*up to the Legal Recruiting Manager and Coordinator.
Maintain inventory of recruitment marketing materials, promotional items and department storage records.
The Assistant will input recruitment database entry, monitor evaluations; filing/duplicating and various clerical tasks; maintain organized project and student files; greet and escort applicants; answer phones, take messages and respond to inquiries.
Any additional responsibilities or projects as required by management.
