*based and will encompass the following job functions/responsibilities:
Collateral and Content Support the development of a range of marketing collateral including ads, brochures, web content, thought leadership materials, event displays, promotional items Ensure communications are accurate, clear, complete and correct, and that they maintain a consistent style and tone in line with brand messaging Prepare, update and coordinate production and distribution of marketing and business development collateral Maintain an overall information system for storage, dissemination and inventory of marketing collateral Liaise with practice groups on updating web copy, collateral and bios Website and Social Media Develop and manage website, intranet and related content Develop and manage social media content creation and distribution Ensure that content meets the requirements of related practice groups and/or attorneys, and is in line with firm messaging and tone CRM Perform daily maintenance and QC of the firm?s CRM database CRM database training for new hires and as needed for attorneys and admin Campaign management Develop, manage and execute strategic print, email and digital marketing campaigns Coordinate distribution lists with attorneys and staff Campaign tracking and reporting Business Development Coordinate and prepare pitches, proposals, presentations and RFP responses Collect and categorize past responses to RFPs Perform competitive intelligence by practice area and industry Coordinate distribution of content, news and events through targeted email, mail and social media campaigns Research and provide input on opportunities and avenues to reach target audiences including social media, events, strategic partners, associations and trade groups Events Coordinate internal and external events, including hosted seminars and receptions speaking engagements, sponsorships, firm special events, and in
*house workshops Coordinate CLE as necessary Awards and Rankings Prepare award and ranking submissions Manage awards submissions calendar and ensure deadlines are met Track submissions and maintain current distinctions Day
