   POSITION SUMMARY:
   Manages assigned group of Program Control Analysts who provide on:
  site administrative support and coordination to various contract(s), project(s), task(s) or business unit (s).
Duties may include the management of contract accounting and reporting, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
Oversees facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
Participates in introducing the Company operating standards.
Trains and directs employee work activities.
Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring and firing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
   Leads and develops corporate and contract level reporting requirements and leads a business staff/unit in providing on:
  site administrative support on assigned contracts/projects/tasks.
Manages assigned group of Program Control Analysts who provide on:
  site administrative support and coordination to various contract(s), project(s), task(s) or business unit (s) Develops annual operating plans and supporting monthly, quarterly and annual updates.
Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
Oversees facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
Participates in introducing the Company operating standards.
Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.
Develops performance plans and evaluates employees, as well as reviews evaluations to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards and ratings among subordinate organizations.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
   Typically requires a bachelor\\\'s degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related (technical project support) experience and one to two years of supervisory/management experience.
